Default W@@@er smashed car and drove away :(

Sad news, we arrived home this morning to find our sti with a smashed in front drivers side wing and the front bumper is also fkd...

Looks like a white van, so much paint on our car there's little doubt on the offenders vehicle colour, as the damage is high on the wing.

More than enough damage that they'd have known they hit my car. They have driven off and not left any details and none of my neighbours have seen anything.

Am gutted.

Now, am deciding if I should scrap the car or fix, it needs the rear arches de-rusted, so this could kill it off.

Then again, a version 5 facelift would be nice I suppose..

Gutted for you mate. I had something similar happen to my old classic outside my house where someone scrapped up the side of my front bumper and the buggered off.

There really are some scum bags in the world.

Sad news.

Still, you should be able to get the bits on here cheap enough to do a DIY repair.

at least the wing n bumper are bolt on bits. find secondhand ones with the same paint code in decent enough condition and you will be able to change them yourself.

Cheers all. Have decided to fix her we've had her for 12 years so it'd be rude not to.

We are going for a v5 front bumper too

W@nkers mate, alot of people have stories like this, me included when someone hit my MK1 FRS and drove off. Problem was mine is a know who it was but there was so much damage on her car from crashes i couldnt prove any of it was from hitting mine, nice 2K bill.

I swiped someone's front light and bumper a few years back parking, was a 206 or something. I found the guy and fessed up. Cost me £500, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Sorry to hear about this mate.
