Exclamation WTF has happened to Market place!!!!

Was trying to find some old adverts to give them a bump and seems you have to be an authorised trader?????

Does this mean private sellers can not longer sell stuff on SN???

I put a suggestion in for the market place to split up like NASIOC with different sections for different parts of the cars...........but this takes the biscuit.

If the new owners think that only traders can advertise or this what we want or the only way they can make money then simply

I am proper vexed at the moment this is ridiculous

Panic ye not.

I think there are two sections, one for authorised traders and one for paid members here:

https://www.scoobynet.com/market-pla...bers-only-436/

Both show here on the main menu:

https://www.scoobynet.com/forum.php

Well spotted.
Please bear with us while we get this system working properly, it means moving 10's of thousands of topics and the mods have been working tirelessly with me to get them all moved about.

There will inevitably be problems but we are working through them slowly and appreciate your patience. The forum will benefit from the changes.

it means no more breaking scoobs taking all the posts up and its easier to find what ure after

This belongs in policy really but will leave it here for the masses to see, lest we end up with hundreds of the same questions...

Yes - indeed.
Should at least indicate to a prospective buyer whether they're likely to get shafted or not.

What i do like is the fact that anyone trying to shift all their old dvd's and general sh1te who bump it up 20 times a day (which should really go on the likes of fleabay) has got their non-scoob related section.

also like the wheel and tyre idea as well

good stuff to IB but i am sure not all will be happy and there do seem to be stupid amounts of SALE SECTIONS now, i got really confused looking at the CARS for sale, too many sub headings imo but i am liking it

Good idea but in practice difficult to work as there are now way too many For Sale type sections!!! lol
But I pay my £2 a month as Snet paid member & keep selling on stuff I no longer need

There are at the moment as we are still migrating posts, but once the old forums are emptied of current threads we'll be closing and losing them.

Then it will be a hell of a lot tidier.

The forum is too busy to have just one for sale section, so sub ctagories will work very well, for many reasons including teh ones you have voiced. Thanks for teh positive feedback.

When finished just two.
Subaru / other marques.
