rust appearing... bad times

Default rust appearing... bad times

my car has been sat for some time now so i thought id see how its gettin on... to my suprise, a dent has appeared on my roof
thats to add to the seal on door and lips on rear arches

not good

ive got a cover for it, as its goin to stood for another 6 months at least, but i want the right weather to wash it.

what can i put over the rust to prevent it gettin worse???

Rust kill.....lots of types on the market, i have use "KURUST" before and found it very good.

Kurust is good but it isnt a cure only slows it down, where is the rust, the best thing would be to clean up the rusted areas, then treat them with kurust, repair and paint. Add some pictures and further advice can be given, i do bodywork for a living and currently my bugeye has slight rust appearing on rear arches so i have that to do also.

As above Kurust is good, if your using a cover take it of ocassionly to let the air get to it and dry,i left a car covered for too long and it sweated underneath and had worse rust than with no cover
