I got a great response when searching for an early or early-ish car for a photoshoot a few weeks back and selected one to use, but the poor bloke's had some work courtesy of the NHS and has had to withdraw.

The shoot's on Friday, near Mansfield in Notts, starting about 10am and lasting to mid-afternoon. I'm looking for any original-looking WRX/STi (not a wagon, though) from the Nineties, preferably early or mid Nineties but I'm no longer fussy.

It's for Practical Classics magazine and we'll pay the petrol costs and buy lunch. Help! Anybody?

Love it! Where in Scotland are you? Mansfield would be a hell of a flog by 10am on Friday...do you think you could make it? I might get a slap from the editor by volunteering to pay petrol costs for someone travelling that far...

I live in Edinburgh but I'm travelling the previous day and staying with relatives.

Hi Deano,

I didn't have to in the end, as I found a guy in Staffs though that original thread. Might do now, though...depends if I can find a car the boss thinks is suitable.
