They work OK but was not impressed when my fronts needed rebuilding after about 12K miles due to oil leaks. Cost £330 (incl £60 for geometry re-setting)

My 2006 AST's have been great

After 5 years I had them overhauled, rejetted to 2010 setup with Tappered rear spring modification (uses rear OEM top mount) about £1K

and much better IMHO

ASTs are only part of the T25 setup, anti lift kit, roll bars and camber adjustment too.

I find my rebuilt ones a bit harsh, but oi live in Suuffolk where the roads can be a bit agricultural...

Personally I think the AST's are utter ****e!

I was a bit dissappointed that my Spec C only beat ALL the competition in the Final of ScoobySprint 2009 by only a few tenths, with the 3-way AST struts on. I suspect I should'nt expect too much... I mean there were some cars the Spec C beat that had 100's more bhp than my Spec C and a ****load less weight.

Mmmm... that don't compute. Perhaps the AST aint ****e then!

All the feedback I got was slow turn around on repairs when they were needed when I was looking for suspension for my new rally car , in the end I went for 3 way Reigers , cost me £2700 which is a bargain considering they are about the best you can get

Curtis does the repairs himself so can take time, I drove down and had both my rears rebuilt and geom done and it took about 6 hours.

Suprising to say the least, ordered some springs and they arrived the next day as promised on the phone.
