Mine is mapped by Fiestaboy AKA FB tuning and it has the following mods. Classic STI 555 btw

440cc injectors
Z32 MAF
Power FC
3" downpipe
3" stainless system of unknown origins
HKS induction kit
ARC top mount intercooler (fitted today)
Apexi AVCR (Part fitted today)

Once I've finished wiring the AVCR in Rich is going to map it again, we tried doing it on a manual boost controller the other week but the boost controller was a piece of crap

Should be fun once it's done and the next power mods are sti 3 heads and a front mount and a remap

Another FB mapped one here too

Bug WRX with:

Walbro
Japspeed FMIC
Full decat 3" exhaust
FB ported headers
GGR Induction Kit

Estimated by Rich @ 270bhp.

Next round will be TGV delete - just waiting for a mate to weld up the TGVs
STI pinks - courtesy of a fellow MSOC member
TD05 - 16/18G (possibly a VF)
Another FB remap

Expected 330-350 depending upon which turbo I opt for.

Do you feel much lag from the FMIC at 270? Im still running TMIC on my Hawk and was wondering whether it is really that bad?

There is some lag although that should be countered by the larger turbo. The fact that the exhaust offers little restriction ensures that the turbo can spool up relatively quickly. I don't believe the Japspeed FMIC is good for 600bhp as quoted and with its size is probably better for the 400bhp mark, hence why it has not been such a retrograde step compared with the TMIC.

If I had my time again, given the state of tune I'm going for I'd possibly consider an STI top mount and panel filter, but it's done now.

Hi there is no point to fitting the FMIC,until you are want go for serious BHP.If you have WRX you can expect no more than 270-280BHP with FMIC or without and supported mods like decated exhaust, uprated panel filter, fuel pump.
Due this i will advise/recommend wait until money allow and buy second hand VF35(which cost around 250-350£) or VF34 or genuine TD05-16G,STi pink injectors,STi V7-V9 TMIC (your WRX TMIC will be good to 320-330BHP) and after fitting this parts you will see 330-340BHP(with VF34 you will see 350BHP).
For remap depend what you want: EcuTek(from £550-£650) or Open Source(from £300-£350)
If you have STi you can expect around 330-350BHP.

I'm running FMIC on mine(before i have fitted just TD04 and with FMIC has been on RR and i've get 265BHP(on fail safe map,due O2 sensor) and 275BHP after refitting/replacing the O2 sensor),now i have fitted VF34 and i don't feel any lag.
Estimated BHP don't know, but i go for with new built engine for AFP TD05-20G or MD-range turbo,Garrett GT-series depends on money

get yourself a set of DECENT driving lights.

Mine are Hella 1000FF HIDs and being set low, show up potholes very well.

I think Harvey's tubular headers are RCM, that's what mine are.
