Dont think Frayz would be the best person to ask on this one

Leave a message on the answerphone with a daytime contact number. Zak will get back to you

Hard to get hold of but worth it ... just leave a message & await return call.

I've done that but never got a reply. Unfortunatly, you just finish up going elsewhere

Well he's always called me back, just takes a day or two. Is anything really that urgent that it can't wait a few days ...

I could think of quite a few things that would benefit from a prompt reply!
In my case no, it wouldn't have mattered to have waited a day or two - it was a geometry set-up after fitting new suspension, but that was over two months ago!
It's obvious that Zak at Mocom has a keen and loyal customer base and 'maybe' if I'd said I was you, he might have answered?
Inherant communication problems of a 'one man band' operation, I'm afraid.

Zacks has recently had some bad news as one of his immidiate family members has passed away and is still coming to terms with the loss. I think a thread like this will be the last thing he is concerned about.

Thats unfortunate and my thoughts go to Zak and his family as these thing can be hard to get over. ive experienced similar myself

Although ive had similar with mocom, well over a year ago when i wanted to spend a fair amount of money and over a week left 3 messages and never got a reply so the money was spent at another tuner> Mocom is fairly near to me but i havent called or even tried when ive needed something,

In my case id rather drive much futher and use someone that has better customer comunication. As a customer of anyone in any buisness i do expect the phone to be answered or a message answered fairley quickly.

Well said John, I only spend my money where I receive a 1st class customer service experience. (as well as them having intimate knowledge of my particular car, obviously!)

I've got his mobile I'll shoot him a text and see what's up. You're the third person I know who's having trouble getting hold of him since Christmas

Had more or less the same experience as many others here, these guys are pretty close to me and were my first port of call when it came to finding someone to look after my car, but the lack of response to my questions left me lacking in confidence, I understand this company may be extremely busy, but if your so busy that you can't get back to potential customers then it concerns me that they may be too busy to do a proper job also. I'm not saying that this is the case but in the end these concerns plus a big lead time to get anything done made me look elsewhere.

Eventually I found Extreme Scoobies, who fit me in in good time, and will do things like an oil service, new fuel pump and fit a new ECU whilst I wait on a Saturday morning, more like it!

ditto to the above - very difficult to get hold of. Nice bloke but I think he's a one man band so may explain why he takes so long to get back to you.
