my impreza classic rear demister don,t work.

had a voltage gauge on it and theres power to it and checked the earth thats ok


i think the demister has burned out

what are my options as the condesation is really bad.

i think a new window

check the lines along the windows are not broken, if they are you can buy electrical paint stuff to join the broken bits. Make sure the single wire is on at the enge of the window and hasnt vibrated off..

After that, yes a new screen. I used to have one without the rear wiper hole, but gave it away.............

wires are fine.

can,t see any broken wires

seen that paint stuff on ebay might give that a go

new rear window £800 fitted auto glass

insurance won,t cover it as not cracked

Ask at breakers, the one I gave mine to might still have it, Eva Bros in Scunthorpe, or ring round. Then get a fitter to do it for you, you'll get the job done for less than a quarter of that
