Default Plaese help! wont start

Just put my engine back in my car and cant get it to start ive checked everything all wiring and stuff and dont know why it wont start. When you turn the ignition on so the dash lights come on does the engine check light normaly come on until its started then goes out cause mine dosent come on at all, just that i was told it should do to tell you the ecu is working. I've checked and the car has no spark at the plugs. Its a 1998 uk turbo with links ecu running 350bhp its been sat for about two months while the engine was getting rebuild, just annoying cant figure out what it could be any advice would be great

Have you plugged the coil pack in. Did you put the cam wheels back on correctly in the correct place as one is used to pick up the cam sensor.
