2012 subaru impreza
I've just seen the new impreza concept model at the L.A. Auto Show on www.subaru-global.com. I've got an 03 wrx which i've had from new. Me thinks it's time to start saving for the new model. Only a bit over a year to go!!!

Looks like an 06 plate Focus ST at the front.
Can't they get the guy in who designed the classic shape Impreza, buy him a gun to shoot the ***** who designed the hatch, and give him $10,000,000 and as much Sushi as he can eat to re-design a future classic FFS
Why does every car look so similar. We don't want a bastard child of Rover 25/Kia whatsitsname/Ford Focus/Mazda 3/6 we want something new and fresh.

You know why they all look similar, Andy: because they all have to pass the same regs about pedestrian strikes, the same regs about fuel consumption etc etc etc.
In ten years, every car out there will look the same, and ones like mine will have been compulsarily scrapped.
Lying Labour even did away with the "classic" designation in order to keep on taxing

Think it looks fantastic and very up to date.I hope they don't water down the concept to much like they did with the new Legacy.
Hopefully Tony is correct about the engines and fmic.Could do with a more powerful diesel unit too.
alcazar is spot on about regulations, thats the way its going now,and you must build a car to the rules or it wont pass homologation.I bet its a bureaucratic minefield to design and build a car now.
