Default What are these called???

What are these bits called and where can I get some? I'm assuming they're just end caps that can be attached to the skirts/bumper?

Spats.
No idea where to get new ones but you can try ebay or breakers yards to find sets.
Genuine ones are made of a rubber whereas I've seen non OE ones that are fibreglass.

I got some from ETS and they were a nightmare to fit I had to sand grind and fill them before they would fit.

Better off sticking with the genuine subaru ones

Oh dear.... I've ordered a set off ETS....

Lucky my housemate is a sprayer/panel beater, hopefully he'll be able to do something with them!
