AS ABOVE FEKIN W*NKERS,HAD VERY MINOR BUMP LAST YEAR CRACKED A FORD PUMAS BUMPER,INSURANCE NEVER SETTLED IT,FONE THEM AND WAS ADVISED NOT TO APPEAR AT COURT THAT THEY WID DEAL WITH,SO 2DAY I FIND A DECREE FOR £1200+EXPENCES,ANY1 SUFFERED SIMILAR,WHAT DO I DO ABOUT THIS,PAY A LAWYER.I WILL NAME THEM ON EVERY FORUM IF THIS IS NOT DEALT WITH ASAP,FEKIN PSD OFF.

Insurance should sort it all out for you.

Someone went into me and their insurance company sorted everything out, I didn't have to do anything.

Yeah your insurance shouldve sorted everything for you! I would get back onto them and see where you stand.

just name them anyway there's no point in messing around after all naming them is the only way to get them to act, just be factual in anything you say.

As above - ring your insurance company and insist they get it sorted straight away

I had the exact same thing happen to me,i sent all the court paperwork to the insurance company as i was also black listed for not paying.They ended up paying and also got the non payment black list lifted.There just buying time to put of paying and it seems they dont mind hanging us out to dry

If you cant sort it with them perhaps consider going to an ombudsman??

never got round to phonin them 2day,was really busy at work.ok they are called BRIT INSURANCE THROUGH BROKER KING.will be on the phone to them tomorrow defo.cheers guys.
