Default Good price for supply and fitting of lowering springs?

Iv rang up a few places today to get a quote for supply and fitting of lowering springs for my sport(sits way to high)..

the 2 best quotes..

Demon Tweeks - £348 which includes Eibach Springs, fitting and 4 wheel laser alignment. (lowers 35mm front and 30mm rear)

ABP Motorsport - £410 which includes Apex Springs, fitting, wheel alignment and fast road setup(or something, cant remember exactly what they said) (lowers 35mm front and 30mm rear)

do these seem good prices?

Cheers

My eibach springs have cost me £210, so shove a couple of hours garage time on that and we're talking £300 so £348 doesnt seem <too> bad though you might be able to get it down a bit more with a competant local garage. Hope that helps bud.

Couple of hours to fit and don't forget the £80 to set the lot up with proper geometry setting etc so anywhere around £400 Mark i would say is about right
