BREAKING QUESTION - What is a STI Type UK Prodrive 2002 car worth?

Default BREAKING QUESTION - What is a STI Type UK Prodrive 2002 car worth?

Hi guys and girls,

As above what is the car worth in parts at 80k, I think the body is 01G silver, also what would the likely labour charge be to break it if I sub it out to someone else to break (I'm to busy atm).

This is my guesstimate after doing some serious sourcing of data, Im after 'Constructive' criticism please .

i just bought a boot lid for £120 of a scrapd bug eye and took ages to find sum one who would send it. depending if its a low level spoiler there go quite cheap on the bay for about £10 - £20 . id take your seats and door cards off you if you decide to spilt and the clocks depending on mileage drop me a pm if you do break buddy ill have 1st refusal on them parts if you dont mind hope fully you get it sorted so you dont have to break her

Fingers crossed yes thats what im hoping for, but if its terminal ie bottom end then i'll break it for sure.

Silver ones were special order weren't they? (along with white IIRC)

It's a pretty rare car - I've never seen one in real life or on here (actually someone in Switzerland may have had one)

Not sure if its rare or not, but in my opinion a factory Silver MY01 with Gold wheels just doesnt look right somehow.... I believe the first owner was a lottery winner

hi mate i would be very intrested in the passenger front wing if you decide to break . i will keep an eye on the thread to see how things go . hopfully all goes ok and you get to keep it on the road . kev

Update:
Just been to look at the car, the valves are goosed in one cylinder, but I'm tempted with a complete 2.5 engine transaplant which means selling the current bottom end and both heads with one needing new valves.

OR

I may just go ahead and break the car.... Will keep you informed on my decision.....
