Another ebay arsehole
just to let you guys n galls know not to buy from ebay member. kenny6691 http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/kenny6691/
i bought a defi oil temp gauge of her, when it arrived i opened it up and the sensor cable fell apart in my hands. now this sensor had spent a fair bit of time next to a hot engine as it was all melted together and carbonised. so i emailed the seller to see if she would be prepared to refund half the cost so i could get a new sensor. to which she replied no just return and a full refund will be given, so i returned the gauge the next morning.
the seller recieved it the next day but wasnt there to sign so it went back to the postoffice, she collected it monday. so i emailed again to see if she had recieved to which she replied" it looks like you have fitted this and melted the sensor wire yourself so we wont give you a full refund. so i started a claim with paypal and now she wont reply to my emails,my calls. she has until the 17th to reply on paypal but i fear im going to get shafted for the money even tho see would have damaged it on her car over a long period of time not me fitting wrong in a couple of hours...
sorry for the eesay but dont get caught by this scheeming ******.
i have the address so if paypal dont fix it i will

hopefully paypal will come through for you, they have always been great for me on this kind of thing. if in the end it doesnt work out, send her one last polite email subtly reminding her you know where she is...

If you can't leave feedback then i take it the transaction was outside of ebay. If so play a bit dum and report her to ebay saying that you didn't know that the transaction was outside of ebay etc etc. if nothing else it will f**k her up a bit. Good luck.

The seller seems to have good feedback + almost 800 sales over 6 years The one negative also says "top seller" Sounds like an unusual situation. Just be cool & see what happens.

Just sent her this
Let's see what comes back
Can you supply a picture of the actual gauge I'll get the one in the pic looks like a library shot. I assume it is all working, no scratches and comes complete with the necessary senders and wiring. Cheers, Jon
