Still 50/50 if it's coming here. Still needs a new front end though.

Its alright, looking forward to seeing one in the flesh, would not trade my hatch for one though as it's way to practicle!

It has the same proble as the hatch, though: the rear has been designed by someone who can't design car rears
FAR too fussy.

Very nice. Still prefer the hatch shape though.

and I imagine the handy rear wiper gets the chop too
useful practicality gain should increase appeal; didn't buy a hatch because of the useless boot

Really?
I find the boot in my hatch way more practicle than I ever did with the Hawk, step ladders, tv's, bikes, funiture, all stuff that I only dream of putting in the hawk.

And sadly the front is the same as the hatch... worse than the rear ... all in all another exercise in turd polishing from Subaru.

Quite right - hang onto the hatch because they're fantastic cars
Here what you'll be getting in the UK

OMG yes! - The hatch is FUGLY with the emphasis on the 'F' (commence flame...). This is far better looking
. Don't know why but it made me think of the new M3. The hatch on the other hand makes me think of the turtles head... back in 5

I was not one to call the hatch ugly and in fact it's grown on me a lot. The hawk & blob now look old-skool. But this....i'm sorry, it just looks wrong!

i like the fronts of both its the rest of the car thats the problem ie the arches just dont look right, the side view of the hatch is awful and the back of the sedan (yes talking american) because it looks like a yank designed it to me.(looks cheap and tacky)

It looks alright, nowhere near as good looking as the Hawkeye. I don't mind the hatch, as for how practical it is, I would have thought the hatch should have a decent enough size boot.
I don't think I will be buying one, they just don't look right.

prefer the hatch to the new sedan tbh, looks like a e92 3 series with a bodykit,
at the same time it kind of looks like the mazda 3 saloon if you ever saw one
