17 alloys and brembos
Hi all,
Hope everyone is well.
Just a quick one, will 2002 standard brembos fit under standard 17" alloys for a classic.
My car has standard subaru gold alloys. I think they are blob eye alloys. If you have a look in my garage you will see them.
I am looking at fitting brembos but can't afford new alloys aswell so just need to know I'd they fit under.
If anyone has any pics please feel free to post them
Thanks

STI alloys will clear them, WRX ones wont, (it will have sti stamped on them somewhere if they are sti alloys)

But you don't need new Brembo's. Get some new disks and pads for your current brakes. Or look into bigger brake kits that fit under most 17's.

4 pots will be a cheaper alternative, and they fit under thse wheels fine.

Yeah I thought about 4pots and that's what I was going to do but I have sourced a good set of brembos. I am going to weigh up all my options I think

You could run some 10mm spacers on your WRX wheels, they would allow clearance. Expect to pay up to a hundred quid for a decent set.
