It shows what's wrong with the WRC these days and why it's not as spectacular to watch.

Those of you who like those clips might be interested to know that they are all segments taken from the French rally DVD "Impreza a la Une".
You can watch a low-res copy of the DVD here:
Google Video - Impreza a la Une
Its basically 90 minutes of Group A and early ('97 - '99) Impreza WRC footage. It includes a mixture of works and privateer cars, but no commentary and no music (except the little intro sequence).
The company who produced the DVD (APV Reportages) went bankrupt several years ago, but you can still find copies of the DVD floating around the internet. Its a bit of a search but, in my humble opinion, its the best Impreza rally DVD produced to date.

tbtstt are you at the meet next week, i need that dvd lol, have watched that video a few times now and absoloutley love it, wrc is boring now compared to the good old days that i watched while growing up.
