Id remove the spats mate.
The flaps themselves are easy to put on but with the spats in the way its gonna be a nightmare,if not undoable.
There be bonded on and your have to tug like mad to get them off.
Might be some paint correction needed also.
Theres no need for spats if you have flaps,so why carry the extra weight?
