Well, the e-bayer claims that it was stated it was a secondhand item and the buyer expected new, the buyer then returned item later than stated.
Of course, the seller could be a lieing cheat .... but, generally, their feedback is pretty good (and, going by their comments, seems to matter to them).
Two sides and all that ......

Who said it was new, as the buyer certainly didnt?? .... seller listed it as " IT IS IN SUPERB CONDITION" .... it wasnt!!
Might have a feedback score of 665 .... but 97.6% positive is NOT good!!
The seller claimed that he had not received the spoiler back and would therefore not refund it .... yet he had already relisted it??

But after reading the thread im thinking it wasn't very good of the seller at all mate,and im siding with you now for shore,why do people do it im at a loss.
