Default Classic headlight question

The reflective coating is damaged inside my crystal headlight on my (my00) could someone tell me if a crystal headlight from a turbo 2000 will fit ok as i have bought a genuine subaru replacement but from a breaking turbo 2000 .

It will fit.

The headlights changed SHAPE in 1997, and went from an ordinary lens to a crystal lens in 1999.

So long as your "new" light comes from a UK car, (assuming you are in the UK), there'll be no problem.

i didnt mention that its a my00 sti 6 i have

i hope it will still fit heres the link to the item i bought

are import and uk lights different its crystal lamps i have i thought it would be a direct replacement

The shape of the lamp looks right. Only question is if it has electric or manual levelling. I'd guess that both cars have electric levelling... But it's a pure guess.

If imported from Japan then it will be fine, they drive on the right side of the road and the year my99 and 00 cars should match up

well heres hoping , i bought it because imo i got it for a steal , my light looks dirty insideand i think £40 to solve this is a very good deal. i just hope that the match up ok . thanks for the reply guys

How did the reflector part break?
It will fit, as people have mentioned, but if its not an electric adjust one, worst ways you could take the reflector part out and swap that.

i have hid's and the bulbholder was loose the light angled upward and burnt the inside of the light but i saw a crystal lamp on ebay from a turbo 2000 and thought it will fit and bought it
