well ive always stuck by green filters, they have been proven to be the all round best in tests- theres not alot in it tbh though, Also they have less oil on them so dont hurt the maf i find. ive used green for 3 years now on two cars, 2 years on MY00 classic and 1 year on my MY03 wrx. The cosworth one is meant to be the best now though but it is a service item so im just leaving my green in.

Cosworth told me a couple things about their filters when i got mine and speaking directly to the engineer candidly, i do not doubt any of it.
He said it was a 60k mile unit. It outflows so many other drop in filters out there. It can be cleaned and should be. Also stated that the Washable Cotton ones shrink the flow size just like a shirt shrinks the first time in the wash. I have been very happy with my units and I have actually seen dynos with the Cosworth seem to outflow and produce more horsepower than the HKS, which i happen to run on my other car! Might be time for a switch if they make my model.
