My brother used to take the caps out of car batteries and empty them out and clean trade sale cars with the acid wouldn't recommend it but it used to clean wheels a treat

A friend used to use oven cleaner. Again, not sure if it's something that should be done, but it sure did clean them up!

the strong tfr is lightly acid based which is what more oe less all car sales places use as its good for doing the engine bays/doors shuts and wheels etc

Strong stuff that t f r dosent do pain work much good in the long run

damm straight it doesnt but for getting the hard stuff off a 1 time use wont hurt,just dont leave it to long or it will stain certain colours if left to dry on the paint

loctite fast orange hand cleaner brush 1st then do with rag covered in the stuff then wash off . it cleans alloy up like you wouldnt believe
