Default Impreza Help

Hi

I'm looking to buy an impreza type r and was just looking for a little bit of advice from people who know what their talking about

What you make of this

The seller has said its got a slight stutter when the turbo first kicks in, but said it was common with this ECU, is he right or is he trying to pull a fast one ?

Any replys greatly appreciated

Put it like this. Mine has the same ECU and there is no stutter, however i am running the standard VF28. Does look a nice motor though. Might just be the way its been mapped. Seems a good spec. No harm in going to have a look

have to have a speak with the bloke, that commonly happens when the car has been de-catted etc and not mapped for it. but nothing a remap from jgm probably wouldnt sort out.
