hi can anyone tell which engine oil i should be putting in my car i have a 53 plate impreza thats been tuned to 338bhp cheers

Standard oil is a 10w40 semi synthetic, you could try going for a 5w40 fully synthetic if you wish.

Just adjust your services a little, a fully synth will be better with more power as it retains its molecular structure better.
