Question Job as a Service Patrol for RAC advise please

Hi Everyone

quick question I have applied for a Job as Service Patrol for the RAC and I have a Technical Screening phone interview today at 1 can anyone give me any pointers of what may be asked??

Help would be greatly appreciated

Can't offer any advice (I'm an apprentice mech engineer) but wish you best of luck with the interview mate.

I have also applied, first phone interview was 10 technical questions, then the second phone interview is 30mins about customer service. i passed the first just waiting on the second.

Probably just general mechanical know how (BMW tech speaking) Maybe describing faults and asking you your initial diagnosis paths, things like that possibly. Are you of a technical background mate???

As long as you have your heead screwed on mate i'm sure you'll be fine.( some of the guys that recover to my place look like they are the missing link!)
