Default simota performance panel filter just as good as the K n N version?

its about time that i get my panel filter fluids ordered and give my k n N filter a clean, but i have just seen these simota performance panel filters brand new for like £20 which is a bargain considering i paid near £50 for the k n N.

are they any good? tempted to just replace it with the simota

cheers

Have you heard of Simota previously, who sells them? Compare this to the background of K&N. Is cheaper equivalent in the long run??

Hi, ive got one of the simota panel filters fitted in my type-r, bought it from my local scooby specialist, and when i was down at API having my new engine remapped, noticed they had them on display, tbh i can really see any big difference between the simota and a K and N, other than the cotton is coloured blue, and the best bit the simota is about £30 cheaper.
