Nothing wrong with it. Very well maintained it finished at 6.5k but i have had offers over that via ebay so if anyones interested and can better the 6.5k end price it's yours.

And you should know by now that i only sell good cars!!!

Well £6.5k is too cheap IMHO, despite the high mileage ... stunned that someone could get a Spec C for that (worth more in parts!). The new owner will doubtless be very happy.

Well I won the auction for this. You seemed genuine on the phone Immy so I hope for the sake of a few quid you will keep that way and not sell it to the next best offer.

Caught red handed, don't think I would let a £10k car go for £6.5k but that's what the reserve is for.

Yeah it's not just a few quid, I'd rather have a neg feedback and an extra £2k in my pocket, just my opinion

There is £8k on the table ,but i'd feel like a right c u nt as mifo has arranged to come down tomorrow. I was originally going to turn it into a track car but i am getting an LP560-4 and decided that the 30k that was going to go into that will cover the depreciation on the lambo

Mifo as it stands it's only an offer unless the cash materialises or i get a deposit by the morning it's yours as agreed

Immy

It's a £9k car ... do you think it's right that he loses £2.5k I don't so would side with the possibility of neg feedback yet have almost the right £s for it. Even at £8k it's the steal of 2010.

Cheers mate appreciate that.

The car is worth £9k all day i sold a wrx with 90k on the clock for £5k.

The mileage is not an issue on this car as the owner spent crazy money maintaining the car/ I have reicepts for £12k over 3 years !!

As for the £1500 fuel over a thought night i won't be driving it that muich just a weekend car.

Right guys can you stop with the comments because am starting to think i.....well i know i've shotmyself in the foot!!!

You be lucky to get a good type R for that price, never mind a Spec C take the bad feedback and sell it nearer the proper price

The advert was listed with no reserve and the winning bid was £6500, juggers is doing the right thing by honouring it at that price. Whether its is worth more or not is irrelevant. The facts are that it was listed with no reserve. If a higher price was wanted for it then the starting bid should have been higher or a reserve put on it. simples

Utter cobblers! You know that a Spec C is worth more than £6.5k so how's that irrelevant? Take the neg feedback, sell it for what it's worth & move on IMHO ...

I've seen people get slated on here for backing out of deals on ebay.

Sounds like the guy got it dirt cheap, but as above, there was no reserve.

Tough one....

Should've put a higher reserve if he didn't want to sell it so cheap.

Nothing tough about it. Mifo has bought a car from ebay with all the inherent dangers of winning without seeing, for a bit of a bargain by all accounts.
Juggers is a top man, his bulging wallet is irrelevant (!), he didnt put a reserve on it, and took the hit when the car came in under the expected price.

Juggers, you have made the right choice. You could have taken the extra 2k and one bit of neg feedback, but instead you have stuck to the rules and your reputation (not ebay rep BTW) will have benefitted from it.

Good man!
