PPP Certificate
hi guys i have a 2006 sti type uk with the prdrive pack, i was looking at the PPP certificate on the drivers door the other day and i noticed it says power boosted to 301 bhp but ive seen other cars that are the same but theirs say 316 bhp is mine correct?
my ppp 2004 only made 286hp crap. done a few mods and a remap now its 362hp and 342 lbs
and again as steve was sayin every car is set different and the outside temp has a big part in the out come.

If your car can make 301bhp from thee factory map you have bought on hell of a good car
Don't take figures for how good your car should be. Pay an extra £500?? for an ecutek map and I bet it would take your car up to 320bhp with no other modifications???

Since when have PPPs been individually tested?
They are just a pack fitted to a car at the dealers who won't be putting them on a rolling road.
Quoted power is 320 ps/316 hp regardless.

Actual output when subjected to a RR is another story......
Your 301 hp refers to the earlier STi PPP on 03-05 cars, so I guess the wrong sticker has been put on?
I take it you've got a separate Prodrive certificate to prove PPP has been fitted to your cars VIN no.?
