Hi mate, thats the keypad that you can use to change the alarm modes, program new keys etc if you know the original codes

Cheers, Pete

Mmm how do I find that out then? Unless it's in all the books that came with it or is it something the dealers could tell me?

Wink

Very "James Bond" I believe this is what the first numbers are for;
Press n#1 Jet boost
Press n#2 Machine guns
Press n#3 Rockets
Press n#4 Ejector seat
Press n#5 Calls "M"
Press n#6 Oil slick
Press n#6 Smoke screen

(honestly though looks like an immobiliser key pad)

Is it a Sigma pad? I have one of those on my newer old Porsche. I believe that Sigma can re-advise you of the codes if youve lost them.

If your alarm goes off, and won't stop via the key-fob (happened to me once) you type in the alarm/immobiliser code onto the key-pad and it turns the alarm/immobiliser off allowing you to start the car.

Code is found in the handbook. Just don't leave it in the car. I had the code on my phone.

That requires a few extra bits I'm told. I'd like that on mine.
Look in the link I posted, there is an instructional manual for all of the other features.
