why cant i get a photo on my profile??
im not good with a laptop at the best of times!
can someone please run me through it

You will need to goto the USER CP at the top of the screen then click on edit profile picture, you should get the option to either upload the pic from a website or upload from the computer, pick which one you want

I got mine working from clicking on USER CP and EDIT AVATAR. Then upload the picture from your PC or point it to the hosted URL. It will need to meet the size/filesize criteria.
