It's an utterly foul badly lit shot of a Rover 25 with a Subaru WRC spoiler tacked on, chavvy in the extreme............a bit like the present Hatch.....only it hasn't gone bang yet

you are very much mistaken, they are not Audi tt lights. The image is a design concept by Lars Martensson.
