Default Scooby classic - 1 Evo x - 0

Well,i think thats what the model is, a 2009 Evo.

upto 3rd gear had him in the traffic light grand prix and i gave him half a car head start to see if he was gonna play, nothing worse than whizzing off for the opponent to snub ya !!!

anyhoo,as i say,upto 3rd i had it,then slowed as traffic/road conditions made us

not bad i thought, highlight of my day, yes, thats how sad i am ha ha

cheers

Believe me when I say if it was the other way round, there would be a massive thread on the MLR already and it would have been pasted on snet. So enjoy the moment lol

To be honest mate, The new Evo X compared to a classic scooby would need a lot more bhp to even give it a fighting chance in a straight line!!! There just to heavy.

Try it on with a few corners and it might be a different story, Had a blast against a FQ320 and cained it in a straight line, but throw in a few roundabouts and the Evo X showed me a clean pair of heals, the handling on the Evo X is its strong point. Unfortunaly my STi 6 was a bit tail happy where as the Evo went round like it was on rails and with no fuss at all!!!!

Cheers guys.

I actually had it twice.

the 1st inclin i had he was gonna give it some at the next set of lights was at the lights i was waiting at, its a 2 laned set of lights on a 90 degree bend,i was in the outer lane,he pulled up on the inside lane,i gave it some in the outside lane and so did he but i got in front (as the 2 lanes go into 1 lane)He then tail gated me to the next set of lights, which were on a straight 2 lanes again.

it did feel good knowin i beat a £15+ car or whatever they are worth

Petrol gauge didnt like it much tho
