Default Classic Headlamp Adjustments ?

HI,

I have just replaced the headlamps (crystal) on my classic. I did a quick 'make do' beam adjustment until I can get them done properly on the weekend.

The thing is, there are what seems to be, 2 adjustment screws. I assumed 1 is for vertical adjustment and the other for horizontal. Is this right as when I turn the horizontal screw, nothing seems to happen ???
Any ideas ??

Many Thanks

Just to clarify for you, the horizontal adjusters are 10mm hex heads with a posi-drive cut into the top

Can't tell you why they are not working, may be you need to re-remove and check all the linkages

Yeah,
I had another go last night and it seems to be centralising now. The beam was really widely spread and really vague in front of the car....
I hate classic headlamps !!!

Yeah they are sh1te mate, mine where out of line for a few months until my MOT, use to often get flashed at night

They are still sh1te even though they are set up correctly now.

Just changed the bulbs in my sides and fogs for LED's, gonna try some in the headlights at the weekend, they can't be any worse [and they look the dogs]

They look great [hid like] Driving to work early in the morning so will see how they look from the inside

Heres the fogs, H3 25 SDM LEDs, and the sides 4x LED's from Helfrauds

Yeah the H3 in the fogs are very white and bright

The H4's I'll let you know at the weekend hopefully, Gotta be worth a go me thinks

The H4's have more forward facing LED;s than the H3's so, we will see, or not

Well the fogs are a success, as bright as standard bareing in mind i've just taken out 130w halogens.

The only concern i have with the H4's is going from head to main beam.
