Default Button on top of steering wheel

Hi Guys,

Me again - Waiting to pick up my 07 WRX SL on Thursday and have a random question I cant find the answer to.

What is the button on top of the steering wheel housing for? Noticed it on the test drive but forgot to ask the dealer what it did?

Cheers in advance.

Jon.

When you switch the ignitiion off your lights will go off regardless of what they are set to. If you flick this switch then it activates them as parking lights

Just n the back of this if I remember right with the switch on all 4 lights come on but if you push the indicator up or down it switches it so one side is on dependant on which side of the road you are parked on if that makes sense

And it's not a manual switch to control the mist spray for the IC as I told my mate

There he was, flicking it on and off after a spirited drive saying, "It does make a difference doesn't it!, you can hear how much smoother it runs"

If you use the parking switch make sure you switch it off... It drains your battery according to the handbook.
