Couple of hours - spent a day doing the manifold swapping the conduit on the loom and parellel fuel mod and swapping all my vac pipes for silicone ones but like i say manifold off and back on couple of hours work just note where stuff comes from and its easy

I would replace the gaskets yes mate, last thing you want is to put it back on and find a leak. 2 inlet manifold gaskets, one each side. When i did mine i brough a spare inlet mani so i could take my time with it and not rush it. Can get them nice and cheap.
