Default Anyone recommend good tuning place Central Scotland area?

Looking to push my Classic facelift up to 350bhp ish hopefully. I'm keeping the old girl till she dies, so might as well see what she can do. I have some readies saved up and have flirted with a newer car. But love prevails and id like to reward her loyal service with a host of goodies.

I get all my car work done at Falkland performance in Glenrothes and never have problems with them and they are always honest with me. But they are not too keen on doing heavy work on an old car when its running 270ish now. They say wear and tear once you are up in those figures will cost me big as well as the work like turbo, front mount, poss enginework all adding to expense. They reckon new car is best way to go. I do see there point. But driving a Scoob doesnt make sense in the current climate, its not about that. Its love

So anyways. Can anyone recommend somewhere around me that's good with scoobs, especially the ecu side of things. I have Ecutek map at the mo.

Cheers for that. I know A.F is THE man, didn't know he travels so close to me. I will give awd a call and see how much they can tempt me to part with.
Appreciate the advice guys.

Hypertech in Bonnybridge and Extreme Motorsport in Whitburn are also very good for Mechanical work.

But can completely vouch for no one better than Andy Forest - possibly best Subaru mapper in the world who happens to be in the East of Scotland and AWD Motorsport are very good Subaru specialists.

Andy is based in the edinburgh area and is a very busy man, due to the quality of his work. I travelled down to England to have JGM map my car as i didnt have to wait quite as long, he has a great rep on here and is a top bloke. The drive was long but well worth it and I would only have him map it now

Just be careful Grant is very good with the crowbar to get more money out of your wallet. I know this from personal experience, I went to one of their open days with £200 cash to spend. Came away having spent £400 on whiteline gear. If I was still in Scotland I would not hesitate in going back to AWD I did a few more open days and had a great laugh. Yes each time I went Grant did manage to entice some money from my wallet, but it wasdone with sund advice and a great understanding of what I was wanting from my car. If they have a open day and the whiteline demo car is there go for a ride in it, just make sure that spotters are out on the A9 roundabout as on one open day there was a new resident next to the roundabout after a few complaints had been put in.

All sound advice again guys. I'm going to pop along tonight if i can escape from work early enough and have a chin wag with them. I'm getting married in June, so must hurry as soon my cash is not my own.
