Default suspension strunt

hi guys i have just changed my drivers side wheel hub on my turbo 2000 but i carnt get the suspension strut back inline with the 2 holes on the hub. The suspension strut is loads lower than the wheel hub just wondering if theres a way how to lift the suspension strut up abit so i can get the bolts back into the hub

I think when I did my 'struts' I removed the track rod end first. Not 100% as it was ages ago now.

Long bar or crow bar. Wedge it in the lower arm somewhere and lever the arm and hub down so the holes line up with the strut.

is the other side of the car jacked up or just the one corner your working on ? if only one corner jack the other side up as your anti roll bar will be hindering it better still once you have jacked the other side up undo your anti roll bar links that should help mate ok

Have you used a spring compressor to take all the slack out of the spring/shock, this also makes it shorter.

You don't want to be messing with the spring to do this job, just pull the wishbone down. There is quite a bit of tension on it even if you do release the anti roll bar, but it's the way to do it.

Have you got both wheels off the ground or is the weight on the other side acting through the ARB to lift the side your changing up?

Get both sides off the ground!
