Giles, you been sniffing on the flat mates knickers again? lol

OEM alloys?

I've got the weight of the alloys stamped on my ROTA's but they are lighter than normal?

^ lol they don't weigh 6.9kgs.

STi wheels are in the region of 9.7kg balanced without tyres.

Nah Steve - back in my own place now mate FINALLY!
Have bought a set of second hand wrx alloys and getting a courier to fetch em.
They have tyres on - I estimated the weight at 10kg per box.
Apparently the courier was worried they'd weigh more but I based it on some info I found on Scoobyworld and did some guestimating!

Oops - hope they don't shaft me too much for it - I said each box would weigh around 10kg. Mind you, it was courier from East Sussex to Camberley for £22, which is cheap to start with...

215/40/17 on an STi rim was 42lbs or 19.1 Kgs.

225/45/17 is obviously gonna weigh even more, so you probably boobed a bit lol.

It'll be 215/40 on a WRX rim, so I suspect the 19 one is more realistic.
Hmmm, a requote says it'll be about another 15 squid. Oops!
Maybe I'll get away with it
