White Hawkeye's
As the title suggests, were there any/many white hawkeyes made in UK spec, STI guise. Or is this colour for import cars only.
I am after one in the near future, so I would appreciate any advice.
Cheers.

Thanks Tony, it was just this Pistonheads advert made me think that they were not sold in this country.
Subaru : 2007 Impreza STI *rare white* 14k miles
It shows that some people just make adverts up without knowing the truth.
I am pretty patient, so I have time on my side.

they made/imported 21 "official" type uk white hawkeye sti's(info from international motors) which does make them a rarity around these parts
i owned one from new but sold it to a cracking guy up in scotland back in august, and to this day i have not seen another "type uk" white hawkeye at any show/on the road etc in three years
probably the biggest mistake of my "car owning life" was selling her

Cheers for the info guys. Gav if you have anymore going through drop me an e-mail.
I don't know if anyone knows, has there been many JDM cars been brought in, or is there anyone that could do it for me?
I have been looking at DCY, DCY EUROPE - Japanese Import & Export Specialist - JDM Sports & Performance, 4x4's, MPV's, Tuning Parts, OEM Parts for Japanese cars, doing it for me, has anyone had any experiences with them?
Cheers.

I've had mine since new. It was the first of the 2007 model in white officially shipped to the UK (according to the dealer) and I had to wait months from when I initially ordered it. I went to a meet in Derbyshire when it was about a week old and saw another one!! The first and last time I've seen another.

My old Type UK. TBH although I miss the styling of the car I certainly dont miss the performance/ handling. Out of all the Subaru's I have had this was the one I least enjoyed. I seriously am tempted by Rickya's as I fancy something for the summer and doubt I would ever go for a UK car again. Bugger to keep clean
