Losing money hand over fist
#1
I'm looking at getting rid of my Scooby and I've been looking around a few garages, I went to one Garage today and looked at a Saab Viggen Convertible. I was offered £5,500 for my 95 WRX with 80,000miles... I paid £11,000 for it 2 years ago. I was shell shocked to say the least.. I mean what's that bad about this ??

Nothing at all Octane, its just the way the second hand market has gone. All you can do is buy a car thats someone else has lost money ' hand over fist ' on,

What u gotta remember is that the car is worth more than that and the dealer gives it a clean puts it back up for sale at least 2k more than he's just given you for it.
I paid 8k for a Golf VR6, spent 2k doing it up had it 12 months and let it go for 4.5k
Its a loose loose situation

If you advertise it on here you will get a good price for it.
I had a Saab before the Scoob and the local Saab garage offered me a pathetic sum in part ex, hence my sticking two fingers up at Saab and buying the Scoob. I didn't know they made a Viggen convertible?
