I would go between 215 to 220bhp, lots of factors to take into consideration, if its just the back box then 215, maybe less if the car hasnt been serviced regulary etc.
just bought my 99 turbo 2000, only mod is a cat back magnex oval exhaust was just wondering wot sort of bhp she shud have
Fitzscoob is correct, the rated output is 215bhp, assuming you have the black or brown label ECU. If you have a late MY99 with the green label ECU then it'll be a little bit less. The PPP (pink) ECU plus the other bits gives you just over 240, but if you had that you'd already know.
As Tony says the general condition of the engne, catalyst, turbo, sensors and other bits has a huge effect on the actual amount of power it will develop.
