Bola, you need to get a bit of a clue here, as you sound like one of those "f*kk*ng scoobees are crapp, iv blown my engin" stories in the making. Thought you were off to David API to get this sorted out?
A manual boost controller will indeed "f*k" the boost solenoid off. However, fitting something like when your Check Engine light is on is not the way to go. Code 45 means your ECU has no way of measuring manifold absolute or atmospheric pressure, and therefore has no way of calculating the manifold relative (i.e. boost) pressure either.
It will almost certainly be in limp mode at the moment, by default as much as anything else as, if you have error 44, the ECU can't energise the solenoid, and if it can't energise the solenoid, you will be running actuator pressure only
Trying to override that with an MBC will leave the ECU unable to measure or control boost, unable to keep your engine safe with the emergency fuel cut if you go too far on the MBC, and probably unable to set the mixture properly either.
You need to find and fix the cause of those two errors before you do anything else.

If I was you I would try and get the standard system up and running again, If you go down the bleed valve route you will never have 100% boost control if its a hot day you will have poor boost, if its a cold day you will overboost, if theres a problem with the car it will still give lots of boost and could end up i pieces.
