Cool

Adam,

I have had some black Subaru strips fitted to my P1. They are made of a fairly hard rubber compound and are bought via your dealer.

Part number for a pair (supplied in black) is SACC1222 Side Moulding - the cost is £36.50 + VAT + fitting (unless you fit yourself).

I understand that there were only a limited number made and available - R N Goldens of Huddersfield have a set in stock if you're interested (Contact Nigel Dyson - 01484 684020).

See the following for what they look like once sprayed - IMHO the black looks better....but thats my view. (Also to bear in mind - if painted - and then caught by a Third Party door....surely the paint will crack on the strips anyway??? )...

For more information about the various mods etc....see the following link...

Question

Having recently purchased a P1 and now having the fear of god put into me every time I park anywhere other than in my garage I was wondering if any of you fellow P1, 22B or general Sonic Blue owners have found colour coded side bump strips. If so where, how much etc.

Cheers

Adam
