a good price??

Hi
I am looking to get a Impreza estate.
The car I will be looking at is a red metallic UK registered "P" plate 5door. It has had about £5k spent in mods(prodrive or summit like that??) and has 17" alloys and is apparently very quick.
2 previous owners
It has a cat1 alarm and is HPI clear
Its done 110k miles with a full subaru main dealer servcie history.
Is the asking price of £6450 reasonable, or should I steer clear of a high mileage car?
thanks for any advice

I thought Red Mica was 99 onwards, resprayed - if so, WHY???
Is it a UK supplied car???
If not is unlikely to be 'Prodrived' i belive Prodive only do UK cars (i think?!?) - may be wrong (and not the first time) Prodive mods should come with a cert (and badge?)
110k miles should not be a problem with FSSH or a FSH as long as they used genuine parts and good oil, most owners would not skimp on this.
P reg so 96/7 - price sounds OK IMHO
Have a look @ www.sidc.co.uk - look at the FAQ section - well written, bloody thorough and full of spot on info.
There are plenty of Scoobs for sale, check out the For Sale section in here and get an RAC (or such like) check done.

edited 'cause i have a sodding virus or summit and forgot stuff.
