full decats and remap

bit woried about emissions some1 hads told me it will pass regardless as it does not apply to imports prior to 1995

is this correct
also i dont have a horn cant get the steering boss off
will a air hone count???

my 93 wrx passed with decat and no remap.
Don't know about the horn.

That could be because 93 is on the year that they made the CAT compulsary from what i remember so yours could have been tested as a pre cat 93.

Not sure how it goes with imports tho, i doubt it would be different therefore yours being a post 93 would need a cat for the mot.

No, it's a WRX not Turbo 2000 so therefore it has different emission limits (imports get away with decats upto July 1995).

I will say find somewhere that knows the rules as many just use the Turbo 2000 emissions so therefore are using the incorrect values therefore your car will fail
