i just read a wagon is cheaper to insure than a sallon?

Wouldn't surprise me.................wagon could be seen as less of a 'boy racer' type car than saloon?? More of a family car than saloon.

i had a 55 saloon, changed for a 55 wagon (same colour, trim etc. etc.) and my ins. went up a little!

i had a 96 classic wagon then sold it and brought a 96 saloon both wrx had £40 Differance
but could just be down to yearly increase
