Default Bugeye WRX bumper differences?

I bought a second hand bumper for my WRX as the original one was damaged, I had it resprayed etc. but as I went to fit it, it turns out its different, its wider than my original bumper and its got one big open vent on each side instead of vents made of three little ones.

What bumper have I bought? At a glance it looks exactly the same as the original

Cheers!

gaz,

the wings on the saloon are different to the ones on a wagon so I think the bumpers are shaped slightly different.

The wagon has a narrower track as this affects how much tax you pay in japan .... hence the wagon bumper is about 2 inches smaller !!

The Jap govenment had a field day when the 22B came out LOL

Wrong way around mate.. I've GOT a WRX and theres no way I'm fitting the estate wings lol!

Just phoned local Subaru parts and the WRX bumper is only £180 (incl. vat) retail.. Far cheaper than I thought, I should have just bought a brand new one in the first place!
