What sort of BHP am I running?
Ok I know this is a strange question but wanted to know what your opinion is on what bhp my scooby is running?
I was at USC at the weekend and it was the first time i've taken this motor up the strip. I ran a 12.87 @ 103 mph.
It's a 98 V4 STi type R.
With a bit of luck I will get her on the rollers before the end of the year, but thought somone might be able to have an educated guess on what bhp you would need to run that sort of time.
Thanks people.

The only mods I know of are an equal length manifold, sports cat and cat back system, air filter, and it has an OS gieken paddle clutch in it.
It was an import and came with all that apart from the filter.

No, no remap as i've been told you cant remap a version 4 (with the coil pack on top and in the centre of the inlet manifold) with a standard ecu.
Have I been told wrong on that front?
