de resonator drainpipe
found a bit of drainpipe on my way home for a frends and came up with this ,,the bit between the maf and the bend is to move the fillter away from the vent as it was getting wet,,,drainpipe and 2 bits from my fish tank ,,got to be worth a blue peter badge ,,lol,,,

No!
It will never be as good as the OE airbox with a KnN panel (or simlar). The airbox is fed cold/dense air from the inner-wing and any IK that has not been properly fitted ie.shielded/ducted ect will draw warm/hot air from the engine bay and will actually lose you BHP

the top tube is ok and works ,,thats the bit to look at insted of the silly box thing,,,it just where the fillter is thats the prob ,,,but they is loads of scoobs with it in that area ,,,takeing the maf tube out in a min ,,so fillter will be away from engin ,,that massive will be down to make one at the week end ,,,

john noaks even made a record about that dog ......... unlike the 1 that peter purves had called "petra" who died after they did the 1st programme and had to be replaced......they never told anyone cos they thought it would upset the kids and protect our innocence nowadays they'd have been stabbed by a hoodie
